SCSI - ethernet adapter

This is a 10 megabit ethernet adapter that attaches to an Atari computer via the SCSI port (ST's require a SCSI host adapter). Drivers for MiNTnet and STiNG are to be provided but programming documentation will be available for those who want to write their own drivers. An ACSI version for use on ST's is a possibility if there is enough interest in such a product. Please email me with any comments about this.

The device is currently over half finished, but I have had very little time this year to work on it. Currently (May 2000) I am aiming to finish the adapter sometime this year.

UPDATE: As at December 2000, I can say that I have not made significant progress. The adapter is working in a fashion now but it still needs quite a bit more work. Hopefully I will be able to do this work in the coming months. If I missed my target with the ethernet adapter, at least I got the graphics card done (see below); but I will yet finish this project, it is just a matter of time.

VMEbus graphics card (Galaxy)

This will be a graphics card suitable for use on TT and Mega STE computers or other systems with a A24:D16 VMEbus interface. The card is to support resolutions up to 1280x1024 (non-interlaced) or 1600x1200 (interlaced) in 16-bit colour mode. Hardware acceleration for functions such as blitting will result in high-speed operation even at high resolutions. I am also aiming to finish this board before the end of this year (2000). Please email me if you have any comments about this product.

NEWS FLASH: As for November 2000, the first Galaxy cards have been manufactured and are available. Please refer to the Galaxy WWW page.
